Important freight documentation has to be dealt with quickly and efficiently and involves HM Customs and Excise checks when cargo flights arrive and depart from the airport. Servisair wanted to work with motivated and reliable people who could take on the responsibility of dealing with the paperwork, improve the process and help eliminate delays at cargo sheds.

Our team now meets all arriving flights containing cargo and manages the documentation. The paperwork goes straight to where it needs to be (sometimes before the cargo even gets there) so that the Servisair team can authorise and release the cargo.
