We continue to be instrumental in providing 'a one team, one goal' approach to guest “touch points” with this client. The programme brings together 14 distinct companies providing services to our client, to provide a collective approach to service which mirrors the vision and values and brand of of the client. We work on a number of methods to deliver the brand message across the organisation from using the usual internal communications media of the business to one-off events and stunts.
key successes
The proof of the success of the “one team, one goal” programme is evident in several awards and accreditations not least of which was the BIFM customer service award and a collective accreditation for Investors in People. This programme has brought about cultural change which explores the opportunities and creates and delivers action plans to move the organisation from one cultural approach to a new perspective aligned with the values, personality, brand and the needs of the customer.
