Strong and dynamic partner to manage the national workplace catering account for 12,000 people across 16 locations. 

How did we help?

A key part of the mobilisation’s success was the communication and delivery of the Virgin Media ethos to all the catering teams, helping us to meet our client’s objectives from the first day of service. We successfully managed the people transfer with a bespoke induction programme and UK road shows too.

 

Alongside managing an innovative catering service we also needed to bring subsidy reductions to life. So we installed our ingredients branding across the Virgin Media restaurants, creating a fresh and inviting look that supported the new retail approach to catering.

 

An on-going marketing campaign was also introduced offering details of our service, seasonal promotions and loyalty options as well as healthy eating discounts.

The results?

Satisfied customers, increased sales and reduced subsidy.
