We wanted to make sure we started off on the right foot, so we conducted our lifestyle questionnaire at the first opportunity. This not only identified our customers’ requirements for an enhanced deli and high street coffee offering, but also provided us with a clear understanding of our customers’ health concerns.
City living
In response, we proposed City Living - our well-being programme. The concept is based on nutritional expertise; designing menus and providing nutritional information through labelling and signage, indicating foods that help reduce stress, increase energy and enhance memory. After an initial pilot, Beachcroft rolled the scheme out across their workforce, where it has helped increase productivity.
